Spa Policies & Practices

The following tips will help us assist you in making the most of your time at Crimson Moon Spa.

For complete enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out appropriate forms for the services you are receiving.

 

Please note that your scheduled time is your service time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us.   Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping.  Your therapist will discuss the treatment you will experience and you are encouraged ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.

If you arrive late for an appointment you will receive the service you are booked,  for the remaining time allotted

Cell phones, pagers, and palm pilot must be turned off before entering the spa. Remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of the outside world fully enjoy a place of peace, tranquility, rejuvenation and relaxation!

To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance, or better yet, get on a regular schedule.

 

Upon scheduling an appointment or appointments, we may require a credit card to reserve your time. Your credit card will not be charged until your service. Series packages are 60 minute services which are pre-discounted, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other discount. Must be used within 1 year.

Please allow a minimum of one week in advance to serve your appointment. Spa packages may require a credit card number to hold the appointment. No-shows on packages consisting of more than two hours will be charged for the full appointment

We accept personal checks (in state with proper ID) Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, Spa Finder

It is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. 

Cancellation Policy
Crimson Moon Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, kindly let us know 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Guests will be charged 100% ‘no show’ fee for missed appointments that occur without prior notice. If necessary you may reschedule your appointment. This can be done up until two hours before your start time, for a time within 14 days without incurring.  Thank you
Gift Certificates
Are available for all of our services and packages, in any dollar amount. You can purchase a Gift Certificate in person, online or via phone using a credit card. Gift Certificates expire one year from purchase. If there is a price increase for the service, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.
Cautions and Safety Policy

Please note, no body treatments (massage, bodywraps, waxing ) can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Facials, Manicures and Pedicures are available, but please inform your therapist ahead of time.

Be sure to inform your Esthetician or Massage Therapist if you are using Retin A, accutane, or have had laser surgery.  Especially for waxing!!

Children

To assist in the optimal spa experience for all our clients, you are asked not to bring children unless they have a scheduled appointment for services.  Children without appointment will not be allowed in treatment rooms.

Return Policy for Skin Care Products

At Crimson Moon Spa quality and integrity are top priority.  The best way to serve your skin’s needs is to make sure you have the right products for your skin, with total involvement in your purchase decisions, rather than leave you out in the cold to self-diagnose and spend your money by trial and error.  Therefore, the return policy is strict in order to be able to fully serve you.

Returns due to allergic reaction must be made within 7 consecutive days, with the allergic reaction made visible in person or by emailed photo, for refund or exchange.  Returns due to general dissatisfaction with the product must be made within 14 business days, and will be accepted for store credit only.  Call Sherrie to discuss your return.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  By Florida State law pets are not allowed in the spa with the exception of service animals.
